FOX5 reached out to Nowsch after he filed his own motions for a new trial. He agreed. FOX5 asked a lot of questions, but Nowsch was evasive. Nowsch began the interview by reading off a list of allegations against his own attorneys and the Clark County District Attorneys Office. The DAs office does not play fair, Nowsch said.
